This building will provide some 50,000m3 of office space to accommodate approximately 4,000 staff, with an anticipated completion date of 2nd May, 2002. This state of the art edifice will also incorporate the latest engineering installations. Externally – 20,000m2 of glazed curtain walling, 15,500m2 of polished granite and internally 40,000m2 of access raised floor.

Role – Design, working drawings, tender analysis, Liaising between client and contractor, Coordinating weekly and monthly site meetings, Overseeing preparation of monthly and quarterly report to the client, Coordinating other resident staff functions, Administration of site office and staff. Design of partition and furniture layout of the office.
